Renting the House
Had the first of the two rental agents in today
(Hayward & White, of Banbury) and they've suggested we may be able to
get a good price monthly for the house. It will more than cover the
mortgage and will help build up a buffer when we return. Next agent
coming next week.
We'll probably choose the agent based on which one we think will find us the most suitable tenant (quiet! no terrible kids! no pets! no smoking!)
